A Night of Color

"What happened to you?" a brown haired boy asks as a girl joins him in the kitchen, her normally orange hair now a rainbow of colors.

"I went to that new interactive show, Colori, Brock..." the girl explains. "It is amazing!"

"I've been seeing ads for them on TV and on Pokebook..." a black haired boy notes. "...and it sounds kinda fun."

"So tell us about it, Misty." Brock begs. "Give Ash and me an idea of what to expect if we decide to check this place out."

"First of all, leave the suits and ties at home--they'll get ruined at the end of the night." Misty warns. "When you first go in, you get this huge white bodysuit similar to what prop people in ancient theater and its modern reproduction wear--but don't worry, you can see where you're going, and even eat and drink through it. Those bodysuits end up getting colored during the show--there's paint, water, flower petals, wind, light,and even fire!"

"Wow!" Ash gasps, impressed.

"Okay, so what's the interactive part?" Brock isn't so sure.

"The interactive part is, you're dancing and clapping along to the wonderful house band--who play stuff similar to what we play as the Red Masters." Misty explains. "The effects interact with the music, so you never know when you'll get sprayed. There's also a mess free version where you don't need the bodysuit and some mess-free activities, but to get the full experience, you'll want the suit."

A smile forms on Brock's face. "I see..."

Misty produces a card from a pocket. "You also get a card explaining the meaning of colors in the world of the show--get this scanned, and you can take a personality test to determine what color you are--which the color jets remember and spray you with."

She then reads the various descriptions on the card. "Red--the color of excitement, energy, and passion. But it is not the only color with these emotions; this celebration is of every color!"

"Orange--Energy, balance, enthusiasm, and warmth. We are so happy you have decided to join the celebration, and hope your heart burns orange as well!"

Yellow--Joy, happiness, and imagination. Let your inner yellow out during your time at Colori!"

"Green--Luck, health, and nature. May the true colors of nature surround you, and allow you to see the world for what it is--beautiful."

"Blue--Peace, calm, and harmony. During your time at Colori, leave your worries and cares at the door, and let your inner blue shine."

"Purple--Royalty, spirituality, and honor. "Here at Colori, we honor the past, celebrate the present, and look to the future with hopeful hearts."

"Sounds fun!" Ash grins. "Let us know if you go again--and take us with you!"
